ZenFlo is a workplace support tool, not a medical device or clinical treatment. Please read these terms before using the app.
1. Who We Are
ZenFlo is operated by Cambrian Digital (Big Bulldog UK Ltd), based in Wales, United Kingdom. These Terms govern your use of ZenFlo (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
ZenFlo is a workplace companion app designed to help people with ADHD manage tasks, focus, and workplace communication through tools including Brain Dump, Task Breakdown, Focus Timer, Daily Check-In, Workplace Scripts, and Wind Down. ZenFlo is offered on a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.
3. Not Medical Advice
ZenFlo is a productivity and workplace-support tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app constitutes medical, psychological, or clinical advice. ZenFlo does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance.
4. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your password secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use ZenFlo.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
The Free plan is free forever. The Pro plan is billed monthly and includes a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
ZenFlo, its branding, and its content are owned by Cambrian Digital (Big Bulldog UK Ltd). Content you create in the app (your Brain Dumps, tasks, check-ins) remains yours.
9. Availability
We aim to keep ZenFlo available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time.
10. Limitation of Liability
ZenFlo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambrian Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
